Order can be canceled till the same is out for delivery. Note: This may not be applicable for certain logistics partner. You would see an option to cancel within 'My Orders' section under the main menu of your App/Website then select the item or order you want to cancel. In case you are unable to cancel the order from 'My Orders' section, you can refuse it at the time of delivery and refund will be processed into the source account, if order amount was paid online

You can create a Return in three simple steps. Tap on My Orders ,Choose the item to be Returned Enter details requested and create a return request

Number of days to pickup a product may vary as per the Logistics team that will be assigned to pickup your product. The product will be picked anywhere between 2 – 3 days.

Refund will be initiated upon successful pickup as per the Returns Policy. The refund amount is expected to reflect in the customer account within the following timelines: NEFT - 1 to 3 business days post refund initiation Online Refund – 3 to 6 days post refund initiation, depending on your bank partner Note: You can maintain up to five bank accounts for NEFT/IMPS refunds and a single bank account can be linked up to five GiaZone accounts. If you wish to add a new bank account over and above, please delete an existing bank account.

If you wish to change the shipping address or phone number, you can do it through "My Order" section before the products are dispatched. You will see an edit icon on the order detail page. Please note that you cannot change the address/ phone number once the order is shipped.

If your most recent order is not showing after successful payment, please be rest assured & try checking the same after 10 minutes.

You can track the return status under Orders section on GiaZone app/website. We will notify you on the status of your refund or replacement via email/SMS.

1. Once your order has been dispatched, you will receive an email and SMS with the details of the tracking number and the courier company that is processing your order. You can visit \'Orders\' section to track your order once it is shipped. In rare cases, courier takes up to 12 hours to activate the link, so kindly try after the mentioned period . If you are a guest user, you can either track through the link shared with you over email/SMS. Or you can signup/sign in using your email to track the order through your Orders section.

Yes, you can leave items in your shopping bag, however the price and availability of these products will be reflected on a real time basis. Hence, there is a possibility that the product may get sold out or the offer on the product may expire from the time you added it to your shopping bag.
